"Go-for-Digger"

I saw this unique piece of equipment in November, 2001 being sold at "Keys Farm Equipment" in Hazen, PA.  From what I understand, it is no longer on the lot.   When I checked it out It was in working condition and was being sold as a piece of usable equipment.  Unfortunately, I did not have the means to acquire it.  It apparently came from Wyoming rather recently to its current location in Pennsylvania.   It has dual rear wheels on a Dana 70 axle, as well as an  F-head 134 ci 4 cyl. engine.   The front blade is a backfill blade & according to specs I've read, the bucket can dig up to 8' deep!  I did not have a measuring tape, but I estimated the bucket to be about 12"-14" wide.   Enjoy the pictures!

Whole view, they had lots of farm equipment there.

Stress Cracks

This unit was in excellent shape, but there were signs of age, which included

stress cracks in the body on both sides as well as above the rear wheel well.

You can feel free to contact me at rmwest_2@yahoo.com, if you want to BS about this, but, keep in mind, I do not own this piece (even though I would love to), just find it very intriguing.
