HRJA’s 2nd Annual
“MONSTER BASH”
Trail rides, Camping, Halloween Party! All at Beaver Run!
HRJA is going to host a weekend trailride/camping event at BeaverRun motorsports
complex ( www.beaverun.com ) the weekend of October 22nd & 23rd..
This event will include trailriding, and also a "Wheein' with HRJA seminar" on Saturday, a potluck dinner and cookout on
Saturday night (on-site camping including if desired), a Haloween party & bonfire Saturday night
and trailriding on Sunday. Other activities will be added as the date draws
closer.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday -1st trailride leaves @ 10:00 AM
- "Wheelin with HRJA seminar @ 10:30 AM
- Second trailride leaves @ 2:00 PM
- Potluck dinner sometime between 5:30-7:00 (depending on trail time)
- Benefit raffle sometime between 7:00-8:30
- Awards for costumes given out following raffle
Sunday - 1st trailride leaves @ 10:00 AM
- Second trailride leaves @ 1:30 PM... off trail around 3:30 PM
Costs will be the following for HRJA members: ~$5 for trailriding only either Saturday or Sunday per jeep
~$10 to attend cookout on Saturday night and/or camp per jeep
(up to 2 adults, kids free) + bring potluck

~$20 for "weekend" package
~$5 extra per adult over 2 per jeep to camp and/or attend cookout on Saturday night (kids free) HRJA is covering most of the trail use fee to BeaveRun for it's members.. hence the reduced cost for trailriding for HRJA members Costs for Guests of HRJA :
~$15 for trailriding either Saturday or Sunday per jeep
~$10 to attend cookout on Saturday night and/or camp per jeep
(up to 2 adults, kids free) + bring potluck

Saturday night (kids free)
Camping will be primitive, with porta-potties
Showers available on-site at main building
We ask that all planning to attend the Saturday night cookout bring an item for
the "potluck" dinner.. HRJA will provide Keilbassi and hotdogs.
HRJA will set up a large (20’x40’) tent for the cookout We will have a bonfire
Saturday night
BRING YOU OWN BEVERAGE INCLUDING POP & WATER! alcoholic beverages
allowed at campsites, but not allowed on trail or in-between trailrides..
